This is the first of a quarterly series entitles Welcome to the Bay. A collaboration among Italian Community Services, the Italian Consulate of San Francisco and COMITES. This series is open to everyone but aimed primarily at those who have recently moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. Marco Ambron, Immigration Lawyer and member of the ADA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) is the founder and owner of the Law Offices of Marco Ambron, established for years in the city of San Francisco.

After practicing the profession for many years as a constitutional lawyer and administrative administrator in Italy, he approached immigration issues and founded a non-profit organization for the study, research and promotion of migrants’ rights in 2000. He has collaborated, as an immigration law expert, with numerous local governments and has taught in several Italian universities.

Since 2007 he has been in the United States where he has continued to deal with immigration law. His studio offers services in the field of CD. Business Immigration (visas for highly specialized workers, investors, etc.), as well as political asylum and the so-called Family-based immigration.
