Our expert attorneys will be discussing your options to self-sponsor, sponsor through family, through your employers, and through your startups. Please bring your questions to this interactive session!
This is the first of a quarterly series entitles Welcome to the Bay. A collaboration among Italian Community Services, the Italian Consulate of San Francisco and COMITES. This series is open to everyone but aimed primarily at those who have recently moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. Join us for this one hour discussion where two industry thought leaders (info below) will share the current state of immigration law as well as their opinions on what the future has in store for those who wish to move to the US. Following will be a complimentary networking aperitivo.

Marco Ambron, Immigration Lawyer and member of the ADA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) is the founder and owner of the Law Offices of Marco Ambron, established for years in the city of San Francisco.
After practicing the profession for many years as a constitutional lawyer and administrative administrator in Italy, he approached immigration issues and founded a non-profit organization for the study, research and promotion of migrants’ rights in 2000. He has collaborated, as an immigration law expert, with numerous local governments and has taught in several Italian universities.
Since 2007 he has been in the United States where he has continued to deal with immigration law. His studio offers services in the field of CD. Business Immigration (visas for highly specialized workers, investors, etc.), as well as political asylum and the so-called Family-based immigration.
