Bridging Generations at Casa Fugazi

On Wednesday, the 8th, during our luncheon, elementary students from La Scuola visited Casa Fugazi to learn about our history and mission within the Italian and Italian American community.

They practiced their Italian through conversations with our seniors, who shared stories and memories from their lives — a beautiful exchange of language, culture, and connection across generations.

Mercoledi 8, durante il nostro pranzo comunitario, gli alunni delle elementari de La Scuola hanno visitato Casa Fugazi per conoscere la nostra storia e la nostra missione all’interno della comunità italiana e italo-americana.

Hanno praticato l’italiano conversando con i nostri anziani, che hanno condiviso ricordi e storie delle loro vite — un meraviglioso scambio di lingua, cultura e connessione tra generazioni.
